About the Role

Assisting with concrete prep, base work, and forming
Loading and unloading tools and materials
Keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized
Assisting with concrete placement and finishing as skills grow
Operating jobsite equipment under supervision over time
Running material pickups and dump runs once trained
Communicating professionally on jobsites
Taking direction and learning new skills consistently

Legally able to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work
